Our treats are made by Dale, a retired Air Traffic Controller that wants to make treats that remind him of how he felt when he was 5 and rolling Russian Tea Cookies in powdered sugar with his mom (Yearlong snowball cookies), His wife, Christina, the Navy Vet, gets to figure out everything else....

Washington State dictates that with our Cottage Food Permit we can have 50 items (some things we have multiple flavors), we took it to the limit and got a permit for all 50 items (we have 180 approved labels)!! We can only sell in person in Washington, yes, the state.... Look for us at craft fairs, (hopefully) farmers markets and you can

We believe that quality ingredients & supplies matter. That's why we use only the best ingredients. We try to use ingredients & supplies made in the NW - USA, including packaging and prep tools. We have passed the WSDA certification in order to cook out of our home kitchen. If you want to visit Carl the Big Blue Truck, our namesake, or our crazy animals, let us know!
